Sometimes, we unlock our phones, and go from app to app. Before we know it, an hour has gone by. Screen Time aims to remedy this by showing you how much time you have been on your phone since you unlocked it. The Screen Time timer stays visible on a floating window so that you can always be aware of your phone usage.
The timer changes color twice as a kind of alert that you are spending too much time on your phone. The color change is meant to focus your attention on the timer when you are becoming glued to your screen. The colors and the change time can be customized to fit your needs.
